JOYFUL CO. REDESIGN
IT'S NEVER PERFECT
Yesterday I was running through my checklist for launch, and it feels like I'm so close, yet still so far. We're set up with our new 3PL, have the base website built out, and know our launch products. But so many things are still sitting below 100% complete.I need to rebuild our entire e-mail marketing flows, prepare our marketing strategy, order initial inventory, and switch over our site from Good Food Brands to Joyful Co. So if you're inching towards a new launch, I feel ya.That said, we're offloading our remaining Good Food Brands inventory, so hurry to get 40% off what we have left: www.goodfoodbrands.com

BUILDING A WINNING VELOCITY STORY AT RETAIL
For consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, securing placement in a major retailer is a significant milestone. However, once on shelf the real challenge begins. Driving sales velocities, growing the category, and establishing a strong foothold within that retailer are not easy tasks and take a lot of time and energy. Achieving sustained sales growth requires planning, execution, and innovative thinking. In this article, we will explore a few key strategies that CPG brands can employ to drive velocities with their first retail partner and ultimately building a base for the growth ahead.
Develop a Value Proposition
Get Product in Consumers Hands
Optimize in Store and Digital Merchandising and Shelf Placement
Implement Effective Promotional Strategies
Establish Strong Relationships with Retailer Partners
LAUNCH ON AMAZON
As you know, I’m a huge fan of selling on Amazon, but a number of founders have shared that getting setup in the first place is a huge hassle. If this is you, then talk with Luke Tierney from Eco D2C.
Luke created an awesome offer to get brands in our Foodbevy community up and running on Amazon for just $2000. Most agencies charge $5000+ for this.
CREATING A RETAIL SALES PRESENTATION
Last week we had an AMAZING webinar on how to create a Retail Sales Presentation, where we walked through EXACTLY what a pitch deck could look like and how to find the key data that retail buyers care about.
Data like:
Your product velocity
Category velocity average
Points of distribution
Pricing comparisons
Category contribution and more!
Missed the webinar or just want a recap? This data-rich presentation is a must-watch.
