Hey ,
Amazon.com is still one of the best e-commerce channels for food brands, but are you fully utilizing the platform? Three years into the TeaSquares journey I finally launched on Amazon and sold $120,000 worth of product on the platform during my first year. I did this by doing a deep dive and focused on learning and optimizing the platform.
Once you get past the basics, Amazon offers a TON of additional features that provide insights and new selling opportunities. Here are a few things you can do:
See your customer demographics and basket analysis
Access customer purchase funnel insights to see Awareness > Consideration > Purchase
Get paid for directing non-Amazon traffic to your product pages

I've been testing out some influencer marketing with the current Good Food Brands packaging, and one thing I notice? Our unboxing experience is pretty terrible. I'm currently shipping in corrugated boxes with branded tape, an insert, and the products inside.Most people don't even share the box, and when they do, it looks banged up from shipping. Instead, most of the focus is on the products inside. Even the commenters are only mentioning the products and not our marketplace.This is a BIG wasted opportunity. So with Joyful, I'm really focused on having a well-branded unboxing experience, especially since these are premium gifts. So I worked with Riser to create a really nice gift box that'll be packaged inside an outer corrugated box for shipping protection. The inside box has a really nice matte orange finish with metallic gold lettering and highlights. It's a really rewarding experience when customers open it.Next up I'll be working on flyers, inserts, and more.
