This past week has been extremely challenging after the murder of George Floyd, protests, and emotional conversations going on around our country. I challenge you to engage and take action on racial justice issues.Foodbevy is a community to help support and elevate not only our members but the larger food and beverage industry. This week I highlighted some of the black-owned food and beverage companies on LinkedIn. Access to resources is tough in our industry, and there's been a disproportionate number of minority-owned businesses that have even more challenges. Therefore I'll be reaching out to small black-owned businesses and offering them a free 6-month membership to Foodbevy.Please let me know if you have any other ideas we can spearhead together.

Buyers are starting to plan for new product launches in Q3, especially if you have an in-demand product and can keep shelves stocked. Start reaching out to retailers, but lead with empathy.

The Foodbevy Directory has contact information for hundreds of retailers and is a great starting point.
