INSTACART SALES
Are You Selling on Instacart?
The online grocery boom likely isn't going anywhere, even post pandemic. It's crucial to assure your products are showing up when customers search for them, or search for your category.Instacart rolled out its self-serve advertising platform in late May of 2020. So far, we have found their advertising as a tremendous platform to increase velocity off the shelves at retail. The keyword targeting allows brands to both protect their products (or branded terms), and to scale with their own category or go directly after competitors.Kevin at Gawronski Media is helping brands take advantage of paid Instacart spend and every client has seen very profitable returns. Most better for you brands are making Structure/ Function claims, which is a grey zone for the FDA. These include claims around calm, immunity, and sleep. Make sure to have research backing up the use of these claims from at least 2 independent clinical research studies.
Claim to improve, enhance, or boost function can get you into trouble down the road. Instead, use terms like “support” and “maintain"
