🎙 Jordan’s Answer: EDI allows brands to receive electronic purchase orders from retailers and streamlines the receiving, processing, and shipment time. It’s a way to keep orders in one place without having to keep track of POs manually in e-mail and excel.
Most larger retailers (Whole Foods, Target, Walmart) either highly recommend or require one, but who to choose?
SPS Commerce is one that’s been around, but recently I’ve been recommending brands work with Crstl. Their a more modern EDI provider that is compliant with almost every retailer and can get you setup in just a week.
