How to Building Your Influencer Program
Hey ,
If you understand the value of having commission-only influencers promoting your brand on social media, then read this email.
I understand that influencer marketing is overwhelming. There’s so much to do and too little time or energy to figure it all out. Plus, influencers sometimes demand crazy money just to post about you.
We all wish it was just as simple as turning on a FB ad, but it isn’t. What if I told you it could be? Keep reading…
What brands usually end up doing in these cases is they sign up for agencies or expensive tools in hopes that they’d have influencers promoting them.
But in most cases, it doesn’t work out. Why?
Agency retainers are too expensive to sustain, especially in this economy. You want to remain as lean as possible.
Usually influencers ask for payments upfront just to post about you, which tends to be unprofitable.
Tools are fine, but what you really need is the guidance and the know-how so you don’t make mistakes that can sabotage your influencer program.
So when Yash shared his experience and advice about building armies of commission-only ambassadors promoting brands on my podcast, I had to share this with you.
He used to run an agency that has scaled brand’s influencer programs from 0 to over 300 influencers promoting them. The team at SARAL has generated 100s of $1000s of dollars in net-new influencer-driven revenue for brands. Take a look here.
They got so good at doing this, that they decided to build a software tool to stay at the cutting edge.
But this email isn’t about a tool. Like we discussed already, tools are cool but what you really need is someone who can do it for you.
Yash recently approached me with an offer that was too good to pass up. So I’m here to tell you about it.
They’re looking to work with 3 to 5 mission driven brands to scale their influencer programs from the ground up.
The promise is that you will have 50 influencers promoting your brand (for commission-only) in the next 3 months - or they keep working for free until you do.
They call this their Automatic Influencers program. Why?
The hardest part of an influencer marketing program is getting the first 30 to 50 influencers to promote you. It’s tough going from ground-zero to just at that point where your program is significant enough to coast through towards the stars.
And that is what Automatic Influencers does for you. They do all the hard work:
Coming up with a bulletproof strategy
Creating incentive structures to make sure you’re unit-profitable
Outreach, conversations, negotiation
Shipping products and onboarding creators
Making sure they post
Building long-term relationships
All of this is done for you so you never have to rely on an expensive agency ever again. It’s not just getting the 50 influencers that’s important, you are set up with a sustainable system that will work with < 1 hour of work a day which can be delegated to a VA.
If you like what you’re hearing so far, you might want to book a qualification call.
Tell Yash you came through Jordan’s email and he’ll work out a discount for you (I’ve heard they’re flexible with their pricing plans if you really want to do this and are a fit for their criteria)
They are looking to work with mission-driven brands that are serious about growing with influencers and are accepting 5 additional brands for the remainder of this year.
If getting 50 influencers automatically promoting you, without paying them upfront, without working with an agency, and receiving a system that sets you up to generate at least $100K over the next few months sounds appealing - you should speak with Yash.
