Today I get a call at 5pm from my production manager, letting me know that our LTL pickup never arrived. I have an order due to a customer in California on Friday and it takes 4 days to get there. When I called the shipping company they told me "sorry, we didn't have your order in our system, we can come tomorrow" 🤦🏽‍♂️.Thanks...... #OperationsFail.There are two sides of business selling and making.
