Hey ,Foodbevy is proud to share information about an opportunity for all stage startups to get in front of thousands of people over three days this July in Chicago. The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) is holding a 17,000-person event for the global science of food community. IFT FIRST: Annual Event and Expo means Food Improved by Research, Science, and Technology.

This year’s theme is:Innovation in a Time of Crisis: Can We Future-Proof the Food System?

We are excited to support this event because there will be a dedicated area honoring the innovation of startups and spots for 100 startups in food and food tech. There’s also a pitch competition with cash prizes. Buyers, investors, product developers, R&D professionals, and innovators will be present and interested in seeing the startup pavilion. In 2022, this was the hottest area of the entire event.
